How do i know if my employer has cancelled my H1B visa. Can i somehow find the status somewhere. I was in bench for 5 months and got a new H1B approved from another company already. Does the new approval hold good, even if my earlier company had cancelled my visa?

the case status check facility available in the USCIS.GOV website will allow to check your case status. if your new H1 has the extended I-94 card then you are fine. If your new H1 is without a I-94 card extn you may have leave the country to be stamped from the Consulate.

I DID get my new I-94 valid till 2006. Does the site also say if it was cancelled?
I got one more question. My wife's I-94 is getting expired next month. I need to get a new one. Now, since my H1B revalidation didnt get approved, will the seal in my old visa saying "Cancelled without Prejudice" any way affect her not getting the new I-94. Do i have to send xerox copies of my passport? And also i was planning to bring my parents as visitors. Please advice. I appreciate your help.
