Dears,
I know lot of people asked this question, but i want to ask to the forum again.
I came to US recently on H1B visa and married a PR (She will be a Citizen by May last- Interview is over).
I have to file for my status change, EAD etc..after her naturalization.
Here is my problem. She is a student and part time worker, and she dont have sufficient amount to support me. I dont want to ask any relatives to support me. she need 16000 $ to support me , and she has got a W2/tax return of 9000. I am worried, how can she show the rest of the amount. I didn't start working.
(We are living together for more than 8 months).
We already have 1 joint bank account saving and her own saving account total of 5000.
If i put the rest of the amount now in savings to meet the required amount , will it work?
Can I show our joint account and her saving account to prove the support amount?
