Hi guys,
I want to start a website (a website where I can get money from ads) in USA but my visa status is H1B.Do I need to have a registered company to start that business site? If yes can I (H1B holder) register a company?
I also saw some forums that H1B holder can register and start a company but he can’t work for that company(Some say he can do a volunteer work with out taking salary or money, some say no he can’t do that volunteer work too)?So what is correct?
If I start a company and send that work to outsourcing company(India) or hire employees from other country(who reside in India) to develop and maintenance of the company site? is it legal or illegal? I will also hire only one US employee, a CPA for my company accounts
. Can I show salary expense of these employees in company a/c?
How to register a company? What is the best way to do that?
