Hello:
Heard from someone that if one is going for a new H1B visa stamping in chennai they have to get a letter from their company's HR department take a picture of their work place. Is this true? has anyone or anybody's friend have had this experience. Thanks

yes i believe its true. if you go to the US consulate's website for Chennai, it is even listed there as the documents required......

stamping refusal

As we know, supposedly whoever get rejected from the application of H1B stamping would not be able to reenter US. However, did it really happen to anybody?
