H1B stamping

Hi,

Here is the order(I know its a bit complex):

1- Came to US in 2003 as student with F1 visa
2- Transfered to different school in 04, got a new F1 but never went back to get that stamped
3- Started working in Company A with H1B, but never went back to get stamped
4- Transfered to Company B, but never went back to get stamped
5- Transfered to Company C, but never went back to get stamped
6- Company C got acquired by Company D, now have a new H1B transfer, and this is not stamped yet either.

So when I now go back home, to get stamped, do I take letters, paystubs, etc from all previous employers, or will they only require detailed papers for the most recent active H1B?

Will they cause any headache because I have not got stamped for all previous status?

(Also I think one of the old employer does not exist anymore, So I wouldn't be able to get letters anyway)
