H1B stamping

Hi everyone,

I am planning on going for Visa stamping (first H1B started October 1, 2007) in April to Mumbai. Just wondering if people can share their experiences in terms of the length of time it is taking for the PIMS clearence. This will help me in deciding the length of my leave.
Also wondering if there is anyway for me or my lawyer to find out if I am a part or PIMS system.

I am currently working on an L1 visa for Employer A. Employer B has sponsored a H1B visa for me and am planning to apply for the same.Can I continue to work for Employer A on the L1 even after getting my H1 approved. i read like If my status is adjusted to H-1, i can no longer work on L-1 . PLease explain the issue with H1 approval date.

2. also please let me know whether i wil lface any prblem in gretting relieving letter from my current company A
