One of my friend has to go H1B Stamping. His company send h1B renewal and he did not recieve I-94 and INS told go back to home country and get stamping. His wife and child h4 also rejected. He has to go India for stamping.

Anyone know process ? Please help me if anyone has same issue.

I would like to know process to go stamping in india...
 
The H-1B approval notice for the extension petition should have the I-94 (bottom right part). Otherwise your friend should depart the country on expiration of the current I-94.

For stamping in India you need to take an appointment at the consulate. For documents list please read this posting. I encourage you to read the Murthy forum on visa stamping.
