H1B Stamping

I have valid visa till July 2006 and I have valid H1B Papers till 2008.My question is,when can I go for H1B stamping in 2006.I mean can I go in jan 2006 or feb 2006 or before 3 months to expire my visa.Could you pls let me know about what is the process to get stamping in canada,mexico and give me the website details for this.

Could anyone pls get back to me about these immediately.
