h1b stamping with consular processing

I have my H1B approved with consulting company A this October. The company did not find any projects for me yet. I found job with another company and they are processing my H1B with consular processing.
Will it be a problem when I go for visa stamping because of this? I am planning to go to Tijuana, Mexico. Please suggest me in this.

Please prepare a suitable answer, if the visa officer asks about company A's employment in the U.S. You need to furnish paystubs to justify that you were employed.
