I am planning to visit india next month. My status changed from L1B to H1B. I need to get stamping done in india. But in OF-156 Form
there are two questions related to immigration.
1) Did any body ever applied Labour Certification ?
2) Did any body applied immigration petition for you ?
For above questions answer would be yes for case. Answering yes will create any problem (Intent to immigrate) ?
