H1B Stamping Validity? Urgent!!!

Hi .,

I had Original H1b Visa Stamping in Passport Expired, Had New One validity till 2005 before Original one Expired. Do I need to Send Passport for Stamping to St. Louis/Washington, regardless my travel outside us or not? Pl. Let me know ASAP.

What was the validity in the passport ?

You need to go to the Country of Origin to get the visa extended, If it has been more than 12 months from the last date of visa period on the passport. You cannot use drop box also. Need to go to the US Embassy.



St. louis Otherwise - will take 6 months; in your country, it may be done in 2 days.
