Hi all,
I am in a big big dilemma. It may turn out to be a no issue but I am scared to death right now. Came here on F1 Aug 2001. Full time student till 2003. did CPT for another year. tranferred to H1 around dec 2004. Stil haven't completed master's. 4 more credits remaining ( professor left school....thesis alone remaining).
Now my biggest problem is the rumors I keep hearing about how INS some tmes denies visa when you go for visa stamping and you haven't completed your masters.
I was never out of status ever. My h1 is based on my bachelors not on my masters...
If anyone out there got their h1 stamping before finishing their masters......please please reply with ur experience
