Hi Everybody.
Thanks a lot for all your help in sharing your experience.
I attended the american Consulate in singapore on 15th Jan 2008 for H1B .
I was working fr the last 5 yrs in this cntry . After going ther VO checked all my docs and satisfied with my exp/education.But he started asking abt my company(petetioner) ..few qs like name emploeyers,location,CEO etc.
VO asked my to explain the project that im going to work.But i dont carry any docs and i told him that after going to US only my comp.will assign a project for me.
Then.. VO gave me a PINK form of 221(g) requesting for the following docs.

1.A list of all HIB employees petitioned by this employer (Name, DoB, current employment status, start date and end date.)
2.Project plan from end client.
3.A complete itinerary of services or engagements specifying the dates of each service or engagement, the names and addresses of agent, the names and addresses of the actual employers, and the names and addresses of the establishment, venues, or locations where the services will be perfom1ed.
4.Unemployment wage reports for the last four Quarters.
5.w2 forms and payroll records for all people employed by the petitioner.

Does any body in Singapore have such experience ?
Project plan from the end client means should it be on the clients letter head..?

Final qs: What will be the chances if they ask the docs like above.
Please share your ideas.
