Hi,

I am trying to get my stamping in India for H1 transfer,

My question is, Is just I-797, I-129 form is enough or do we need the complete copy of the petition that we filed with INS?

My problem is my current employer just sent me the I-129 instead of the complete copy of the petition filed/ with out all the supporting documents that we send along with the I-129 form.

I am going for stamping, would appreciate your quick responses on this one.

You need all your docs

You would need all the docs as to when you went for the first time and some pics of your company and so on..Try to get all the valid docs from your employer like their finanical docs etc. Good Luck
