Here are my issues.
1. I am going to india after 4 yrs and I came here on an L1 and then transferred to H4 and now I am currently on a valid H1 from 2001.My passport still has H4 stamping.
2. I am going for my 7th year extension stamping cos my GC is pending here.
3. My pay right now is 95k but as per LCA, it is 75k. In 2002 and 2003, because of the bad market rate (i am on hourly basis), i got only 35k/55k..
Now my questions
1) how to handle my pay issues.
2) Is it safe a get a loss of pay letter from my employer for the amount that I didn;t receive.
3) What other questions will I face.
