Hi,
I have got my H1B visa in December 2004 and have my H1B stamping in Montreal, Canada in June 2005. This is my 1st visa stamping after changing my status from F1 to H1.
My companies name and address is changing since I joined the company in August 2004. So all my H1 approval visa documents contain the old name and address of the company. When filling out DS156 I am not sure if I have to enter the old details present on my H1B or the new company details. Also if I enter teh new detaisl what supporting documents do I need to take to the US consulate to show that my companies name and address is changed?
Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated.
