H1B Stamping in USA..Plz...help !!!

Hi, I got my H1B visa stamped and it expired on Sept30th. I now got two H1B petitions with different companies approved. Now I wish to go to India for a vacation. I have to get my visa stamped on my passport. Where in USA can I get my visa stamped? How many days does it take for a visa to get stamped and what all documents/check-list do I need? Do I need paystubs also?
Please help me !!

Thank you very much. My only concern is does it need paystubs to get the stamping done? If so How many? I recently got my visa and just have one paystub with me. My employer tells me that I need atleast paystubs. I would appreciate if you can let me know abt this.

Sorry that I missed the number of paystubs. My employer tells me that I need 6 paystubs. I am on a monthly roll. So I have to wait for 6 months to get the stamping done. It concerns me a lot. I have to go to India for an urgent matter. Please do help me understand this.
