Hello,
I was working with company A with h1 valid till Dec 05 2005. Changed my employer, got approval from Sep 2005 - 2008. I want to get my visa stamped so that I could visit places outside US and come back.
I got all my papers including LCA in present state and previous state. I haven't received W2 form from my previous employer as they are a slow in processing. I got my W2 form from my present employer and I have W2 forms for 2003 and 2004. . Will there be a problem if I don't show up my W2 form of my previous employer for 2005??
