H1B - Stamping in Mexico

I got my second H1B extension and planning for staming in Mexico. Looking for following information:

I have last two years W2, however in year 2003, my employer never gave me full salary as mentioned in the agreement as my experience was not upto the mark. From 2nd year, I started receving full salary.

I request to let me know, whether it would create any problem or not. What explanation would be appropriate?

Is it OK, if I produce only last year's W2?

Hi All,

1. Did u get your H1 B Stamped. I am in the same sitautaion.
2. Any of the gurus have some suggestions to get out of these problems
