Can any one of you please advise....I had 2 questions earlier:
1. I had a 2 month gap between company A and B. I quit company A, there was a 2 month gap and then joined company B. Company A did NOT revoke my H1. It took company B about 2 months after I quit company A to file my H1 transfer. Will this be a problem if I go to the consulate in Tijuana, Mexico or any other consulate?
2. I had applied for AOS (I140 and 485) earlier. However, both got denied because the company could not respond sufficiently to an RFE questioning the company's ability to pay the prevailing wage. I have done an H1 transfer and joined another company subsequently. Question is if I go for my stamping, will they question my intent to immigrate? I remember seeing in form DS-156 asking if any one has ever applied for an immigrant visa for me...
Please advise...this is rather urgent and I have an interview in Tijuana, Mexico in a couple of days...If this is going to be a risk, I won't go for the interview...
