what is more suitable and hassles free--> h1b stamping in india
or b1 --> h1 b adjustment of status . as my friend , who is a doctor will be getting h1b sponsored from the hospital of residency (medicine). at the same time he's having 10 years multiple entry visa also, please advice what shud be appropriate..if he plans for AOS thing then how early before filing for H1B should he come to us as i read in one thread that if it's too soon then the intend might be suspected..
