I have my 7th year H1B approval till valid till May 24th 2007. My company has filed for my 8th year extension in Dec 2006. So I am still waiting for it to come through.
I am leaving for India for a 3 week vacation in March. I need to get my visa revalidated in Chennai along with H4 for my wife.
I hope that my 8th year approval come through before I leave to India for India in March 1st week. If not I will have to get my visa revalidated on my current H1b approval which is valid till May 24th 2007.
Does anyone see a issue in going for visa stamping in Chennai with just 2 months validity on the current H1B?
I have my 8th year extension EAC number with me.
