Hi All,
I found this valuable site while scrambling on a issue.
I have converted from H4 to H1 last year and have been working for a company since then.
I need to go to India in dec and get my H1 stamped. But I am seeing a problem in my pay stub. My total salary for the year will be a little (2k) less than the required minimum. How serious is this issue? I have no problems in any other aspect.
Any suggestions or does anyone with this kind of situation got stamped at Chennai Consulate?
