Hi,
I tried to join your weekly Thursday call but it didn't let me through as the call was locked at like 12:35PM.
My question is related to H1B/H4 stamping in Canada. I've a DS-160 filled for Ottawa and got an appointment in February 2025 in Toronto. Soon after I scheduled my appointment, I got an email stating that I'm qualified to get an appointment earlier but with the following text in the body of the email:
Do not try to reschedule your appointment more than one time since the option to see earlier capacity will only be given once. If you reschedule to an earlier appointment and try to reschedule again, you will not have the ability to see sooner/reserved appointment capacity and you will have to schedule a new appointment from the next regular appointment available which may be later than your current appointment
1) Can I not re-schedule my appointment more than once? Earlier dates have opened for November and December in Toronto but I'm looking for a date in September (as my project MAY end in October). It would help if I can re-schedule twice. In case my project is extended, the December date would work for me.
2) Do dates frequently open for Ottawa or Toronto in your experience? Shall I just wait for September date if I can re-schedule only once? Or take a December date if I'm getting one at this point?
