H1B Stamping in Canada

Hi,
I am on H1B visa from TCS. But I have been asked to go back to India in the end of Sep '06. I have applied for a H1B transfer with another company. This would be my second stamping. First time I got it stamped in Mumbai. Can some one please answer these 2 questions -

1. Will there be a problem if I go for stamping to Canada? (I will be having the appointment letter from my new company.)

2. If I get my new petition by Aug 2nd week, when can I get an earliest appointment for stamping?

What problem? Do you read the experiences of people on the forums? That in itself will give you the entire picture
