I greatly appreciate some help....I am planning to get my H1 stamped in canada for the first time..can anyone suggest me which is the best consulate where there are few chances of getting rejections(I live in NY)...I am working as a consultant..so are there any precautions i need to take(to avoid the risk of getting rejected)..and I got my H1 in feb2004 so obviously i wont be having a W2 for this employer..so is it must to produce a W2 form at the time of stamping...once again I would truly appreciate some suggestions and proper guidance....thanks for your time guys....
