My Bother is in India working for Wipro. He is not in a project that he has any chance to apply for an H1 Visa.
I have a friend in USA who has his own consulting firm and ready to process by brother's H1 Visa.
But he is saying that it is very difficult to get an H1 Visa stamped from the consulate in India.The consulate is asking for Client offer letters and most of the time they even ask the Project Managers letter too. Is this correct?
I'm expecting that my brother can easily get a job once he comes here (USA) in H1 Visa. But unfortunately, he cannot get a letter from a Client before he goes for stamping (since he has to get a job yet!). Is this a real issue? Does consulate ask for such letters from everybody who goes for an H1 stamping?
Any help will be really appreciated.
