I'm giving documents to apply for H1B 2009.
I work in bangalore, passport issued in chennai, is there a way to specify stamping location as delhi when the employer_B_US_ONLY files the new H1B petition?
I got rejected from chennai for H1B 2008 quota for employer_A. (employer_A could not provide documents asked in 221g ).
If I change employment to employer_C near to delhi and work for 2 months, can I later change stamping location as delhi for H1B 2009 visa interview? I prefer to stay with employer_A at bangalore but still appear for stamping/interview H1B 2009 at delhi.
