H1B Stamping & appointment location question

I have been in the U.S for 9 years now, I came here on H4 and changed to F1completed my B.S and M.S in Computer Engineering. After that I was on OPT for 1 year. I got my H1B in 2005 and since then transfered H1B twice. Since my immediate family is here in the U.S, I never needed to travel outside.

This is my first stamping since I changed status, is it possible for me to get stamping in Canada?
What places do you recommend in Canada? Is it true that I can not get it stamped in certain places like Halifax or Quebec for first time stamping?
What sort of interview questions should I expect?
Thank You

You can go for visa stamping in Canada. Yes, I would avoid Halifax, NS and Quebec City, QC as this is the first time H-1B stamping. Please carry the educational credenials with you. The visa officer may ask about your employment (client site or not), visa status and GC process etc. That would not be a problem. Good luck.
