Hi,
I would like to ask whether I can delay in visa stamping after getting H1B approval? If yes, how long?
If no, if stamping is required, once I stamp the visa, can I delay in traveling to US, if yes, how long?
Some people says that I can travel to US anytime before it gets expired, is that true?
Suppose I got visa for 3 yrs., can I travel anytime before 3 yrs.?
If this true, will I have any problem during travel or at port of entry while getting I-94?
Do I also need to produce some documents for delay in travel?
Pls. clarify on this.
