Here is my story friends,
" I came to USA in 2001 oh H4 visa and my wife on H1. My wife never got a project in IT so we both worked at one of my uncle's office(under table pay). In 2003 I applied for H1 and I got approval with I-94. Since then I am working as a Software Analyst. While working at my uncle's office I applied for Canada immigration and I got approval 6 months back. I have to land in Canada next month. I have started my green card process here in USA also.
I took H1 stamping appointment at Toronto consulate next month while I am landing.
My question will I get any issues in H1 stamping based on my previous visa status. On H1 I already changed 2 employers with approval. I have last 2 years w2 and pay stubs.
Please advise/.
