I have a H1-B visa stamp from my previuos employer and now I am working for another but haven't got a project, hence I don't have pay stubs from the new employer yet.
I read this on www.murthy.com some months ago that you can travel on your previous emplyer visa stamp. I wanted to know
1. Is it still OK to tavel on previous emplyer stamped visa
2. Do we need pay stubs from the new employer to show proof of employment when I come back to the US. Or just employment verification letter (offer letter) from the new employer would suffice.
Thanks.
