Any one with college degree(4yrs) in any profession can apply H1B provided there is a job and sponser.
Students those came here from abroad for studies (All branches of Engineering, Science, MBA,Accounting,laywers, doctors) with F1, secured a job and sponser for H1b and finally end up with their US citizenship.
