Hi Fellow members,
I need your guidance to proceed further with my plans.
My H1 got expired in 2010 (first three years), I never traveled to US. I had been trying few companies and finally found couple of them who are ready to sponsor under old quota.
My Question would be, if i get the sponsoship how long would be from date of stamping? Would be it counted 6yrs from date of new stamp or OLD stamp date?

- Company is charging for premium processing, will be deducted from first salary.
- 70 - 30% pay rate. No insurance or other benefits
