H1B six years restriction

Please help Jim Mills or anybody else
I came to US on OCT\'98 on L1B visa.
Then on Dec\'99 joined a new company .
They applied my visa in Dec\'99 but it
 got approved in Apr\'00 .
Is my L1B time will get added to H1B 6 years limit ?
How much more time I have in my H1B visa?
