H1b Salary coming below LCA

My h1b was started last year on Oct 1. The salary that was shown on LCA while filing the petition was $67,000. Before Oct 1, when I was on F1 visa, my salary was $58,500.

Now my company didn't revise my salary until February 15, 2025. So I was still getting paid as per my F1 visa salary where the social security and medicare taxes were not getting deducted.

This is the breakdown of my revised salary
Base Package: $63,200
Performance Bonus : $4000

So the thing is the biweekly paychecks that I would be getting will be calculated as per $63,200 and $4,000 I will be receiving at year end.

Q.1 Can this become a problem during Visa stamping?
If so, can I justify it by showing my offer letter?

Q2. My company said they will be giving me revise salary from January 1, so whatever difference I have not received till now, I will be getting as arrears but from January 1.
So me not receiving my salary as per LCA starting Oct 1 2024 to Dec 31 2024, can this become a problem during visa interview or during filing my extension?

Q3. Currently is it okay to receive salary as per $63,200 or it should always be calculated as per $67,000?

Q4. If the salary should come as per filed $67,000 Is there any official documentation regarding receiving paychecks which I can show to my company as proofs to support my concern?

Guys, I have to go to India for an urgent back treatment, I am not able to go because of my salary issue and my pain is getting worse day by day. If there is anyone who has knowledge on these topics and can help me out, please advise, I am really lost.
