H1b Rfe

Urgent help needed.

RFE received for H1 application.

INS does not believe that Necropsy Technician position does not require B.S. degree and therefore not eligible for H1.

Anyone out there ... please help w/ any useful information.

As soon as INS sees the word "technician" in the job title they suspect that no Bachelors is required. The best response would show that the employer (and no employer) EVER hires ANYONE for this position that does not have a bachelors degree. The more evidence that can be submitted to show this the better the answer.
