I am currently based in Chicago on L1.My company had filed a L1 to H1B transfer last month in premium category. And couple of weeks later I got an RFE on the visa. Documentation was provided but last week I was denied the visa.
I have couple of questions.
1. Can my company refile the Visa again? What are the chances of Visa approval after a H1B cum RFE has been denied?
2. Will the Visa application stand more chances of approval if the company tries to file the H1 from India ( they are asking me to move back to India).
3. My company is not sharing the information from USCIS on the Visa rejection saying its confidential to the company. But I guess as an Individual I should have the information handy as it would be required for future immigration purposes. Can you please clarify on this.
