I worked in US for more than 5 years and moved to Canada in Feb'05. While crossing the border in 2005, the Canadian Immigration officer took my I94 (as stated in the back of I-94 ) after confirming that I am moving out of US for good.
Now, I applied for new H1 through a different employer and USCIS has raised a RFE to provide evidence that I am out of the country for more than 12 months. Since I had a Canadian PR, the Canadian Immigration officer just verified the PR (canadian) card and let me in. So, I have no stamping on my passport as to when I left US.
Hence, I am wondering how to provide a proof of my exit from US. I have a copy of my last I94 but I am not sure if there is a way to find out the exit date with that.
