Hello,
Recently there have been a lot of RFE's issued for graduate pharmacy interns who are applying through chain pharmacies. The RFE is asking to justify that a Bachelor's degree is needed for these positions, since almost all state laws say that there is no need for a Bachelor's degree for an intern. So to respond to the RFE, it has to be demonstrated that there is some meaningful difference between a regular intern and a graduate intern. Also, they have to show it as in industry practice.
Does anyone have any idea about this? Can anyone think of any differences in duties and responsibilites of a regular intern and a graduate intern ?
Attorneys, please help - what would be the best way to get a favorouble decision on this?
