My H1B visa was expired on March 28, 2004. I have got my H1B extension approval papers from INS. Can I have my visa revalidation done at US Visa processing posts at Canada/Mexico? Do I need to goto home country for stamping? Is there any stipulated period within which I need to get my visa stamped? Need some guidence on this.
