I have applied for my H1B Revalidation. I had my F1 visa rejected April 1997 once at Chennai and I again got my F1 visa at Chennai Dec 1997 and after that I have again gotten my H1B stamped at Chennai.
I have mentioned everything in the D156 form.
Can my F1 visa rejection in April 1997 cause problem with my revalidation by the US Department of State. Has anyone in the list got the revalidation approved with a prior rejected F1.
