H1B Revalidation-Need help

My H1B visa is effective until 01/20/2007. I am planning to go to Tijuana, mexico for visa stamping in Aug. At the time of going, I will only have 4 months of stay left out with my current H1B/I797. Does this pose any problems in stamping ? Is there any time limit?
