My H1B visa (1st term) will be expiring in the end of September and due to the recent changes in the visa revalidation process I'm planning to visit the US consulate in Tijuana. Has anyone been to Tijuana for revalidation recently? I've been to Vancouver the first I changed from F1 to H1B, it was pretty smooth. Can I drive to Tijuana? Is there some one like Victor Garcia, in Tijuana, who helps people applying for visas in CD Juarez?
