Hi:
My wife is a chinbese citizen, and they get visas only for 3 months. Her visa has expired on nov 7, 2002, but her H1 is valid until May 2005. We want to revalidate her H1B visa stamp in her passport from St Luis.
For Indians who get 3 yr multiple entry visas, we are supposed to send the original I-94 (That comes with the I-797), and the I-94 we get at border post, and a photocopy of I-797.
Here is the problem. Chinese people won't get a new I-797, and new permanent I-94. Should we still send the original permanent I-94 with the application
Thanks in advance.
