I had an appt. on dec. 9th. the process was smooth. the officer asked a couple of questions: how long have been working at the current job? can i see your pay slips? did not ask to see lca, i129. i got the passport with visa stamp on the same day at 3pm.

do not take bag, briefcases, phones, they will not let you enter the cons. there is a cafe across the street where they will hold your items for a fee if you did carry the prohibited items.

Is it possible to revalidate with I-797C at Canada US consulate ??

Hi,

Could you kindly let me know whether I-797C form is an acceptable for for revalidation at the US Consulate in Canada. I plan to go there in a month.
When I transferred company, I had to do within 3 months after coming from India where I had obtained my iniital visa stamping. Since it was such a short time, they gave me I-797C instead of A or B.
Any help will be very useful.

sorry, i do not know much about what happens in case you have a i-797c.
