H1B - Resident Alien or NonResident Alien

Some one under H1B visa status is considered Non Resident Alien, correct?

For IRS/tax purposes you are considered a resident alien if you lived in the US for more than 180 days in a calendar year. Visa status is not relevant for this classification.
