H1B renewal stamping & arrest (violation)

I have a H1B renewal stamping coming up (the visa has been renewed already & I have the paperwork)

I had a recent arrest and plead guilty to a violation (disorderly conduct).

Will this affect my renewal stamping?
Will the paperwork ask about this? Will I have to disclose this?
What are my chances of getting the H1B visa stamp without issues?

I was told I needed to have the H1B visa stamped into my passport in order to re-enter the usa.

The verdict was issued in court. Have one more court date to confirm community service has been done (it has).

Please advise.

Thanks

If it is a singular misdemeanor, it may fall under petty crime exception. You need to find out imprisonment time for disorderly conduct conviction. If it is less than 365 days, get a petty crime exception letter drafted by an attorney and try H-1B visa endorsement.
