My cousin went for an H1b visa at toronto and got rejected.The thing is he was a student in Canada for the past 4 years to till date and was refused before for a F1.
The VO gave a pink form stating she could not verify my education and ties from my country.she also took the I-797 form of action and no other documents.
MY questions are
(1)am i got refused at the first hand..?
(2)can i get back the I797 from them or a duplicate is fine to get another visa interview..?
(3)am i ineligible to attend for a visa again?
(4) i have my canadian PR file almost done ....so can i attend the visa after like 8 months after i get my PR in hand with the same h! petition.
I am desperate need for some guidance regarding these things .
