H1b transfer denied

My H1 transfer got denied from NSC. The reason being my employer is in Chicago and client in california. Its sheer mistake of my lawyer who could not document well. What is the chance that if I file for appeal, it will get approved? how much time does it take for this entire process?

Mine got rejected from Nebraska, I had no time to wait for an appeal, which was at least 6 months at the time, so I filed it all over right away, with additional papers and an explanation. Worked like a charm. just make sure you forsee all the possible questions from them about the site of employment, your qualifications, the job, etc. You can pay for fast processing if urgent.

Thanks so much for your reply. Was the cause of H1 b transfer denial same for u as well? Did u file again at nebreska itself or did u file at the Client loacation INS centre? If your cause was the same as mine-"location" what were the other papers u provided?
